The Pioneer Wine Trail Presents the 6th Annual:
“THE BIG GRAPE TOUR”
November 13-14, 2010

Join us for a day of wine, food, and fun as we travel by motorcoach from one Wine Trail winery to another, five in all. Each winery will be featuring one of their best wines paired with food. Following the wine and food pairings, we will check into the Marriott at Eagle Crest in Ypsilanti followed by dinner and dancing. This is one event you won’t want to miss!

Those planning on coming in a day early should call the Ypsilanti Marriot at (734) 487-2000 and let them know you are attending the Wine Trail event. They will give you a room rate of $94.00 and insure that you have the same room for both nights.

To participate in this outing we ask that you agree to the following:

• All participants will be of 21 years of age or older.
• Except in case of emergency, you agree to complete the tour as planned and will spend the night at the designated hotel.  No driving Saturday night!
• In case of emergency, the PWT will provide transportation.
• No drinking on the bus.  There will be plenty of wine in the tasting rooms.
• Deadline: October 10th.  No refunds after this date.  PWT will assist in brokering tickets, if you find you cannot make the event, but PWT does not guarantee the ability to find a buyer for your tickets.
